An Estimate is an indicative price range provided based on the information available at the time, such as photos, measurements, or a brief discussion about the project. Estimates are designed to give you a general idea of expected costs before a formal assessment takes place.

A Quotation is a fixed and confirmed price provided once the scope of works, site conditions, access requirements, and service details have been properly assessed. Quotations are issued following an onsite visit or detailed remote assessment and outline exactly what is included in the service.

Site assessments are available throughout Sydney’s outer west, outer north west, Hills District, and surrounding western suburbs. During the initial conversation, we’ll coordinate a suitable date and time for the inspection based on availability and location.

Most standard site assessments typically take around 15–20 minutes onsite, while larger properties or more complex projects may require additional time to properly assess. For external works, you are not required to be home during the inspection or service, provided we have suitable access to the areas involved.

During the assessment, our team will take photos, videos, and detailed notes to accurately review the property conditions, confirm the scope of works, and prepare your quotation.

Upon arrival, our team will complete an initial setup which may include connecting to a water supply, preparing equipment, and carrying out final site checks before works begin. Once everything is ready, we’ll let you know we’re commencing the service and begin the scheduled cleaning works.

Throughout the job, our team will work carefully and efficiently while maintaining respect for the property and surrounding areas. Once completed, we’ll carry out a post-work walkthrough where possible to review the completed works, discuss any observations, and ensure everything has been completed as expected.

Before commencing works, our team will complete a full setup of the site to ensure the service is carried out safely and efficiently. This may include connecting to your water supply, filling onboard water tanks to maintain a continuous and efficient clean, and preparing specialised equipment for the job. Where required, we’ll also set up ladders, roof safety systems, and harnesses in accordance with safe work practices.

We also implement clear safety measures around the site, including placing cones and pedestrian safety signage around our vehicles and any hoses that may run across public or shared spaces.

Prior to starting, we’ll complete another walkthrough of the property to confirm access, identify any areas requiring extra attention, and ensure everything is ready for service.

Once the works have been completed, we’ll carefully pack away all tools, hoses, ladders, and equipment, disconnect from the water supply, and conduct a final walkthrough of the property. Our goal is to leave the site clean, organised, and tidy upon completion.
