Booking your service is simple. One of our team members will discuss your preferred date and time, along with any scheduling requirements you may have. We’ll then review our calendar availability and work with you to find the most suitable appointment.

For most external residential services, no one is required to be home on the day, provided we have clear access to the areas being cleaned, including side gates where needed. This helps keep the scheduling process flexible and efficient, allowing us to coordinate jobs in the same area without both parties needing to work around each other’s availability.

Once a time has been agreed upon, we’ll confirm your booking and provide all relevant details so you know exactly when to expect us.

To help everything run smoothly on the day, we’ll send you a pre-service checklist via email around 24 hours before your appointment. This checklist includes important information on how to prepare for our arrival and what may be required before works begin.

Depending on the service, this may include ensuring clear access to the areas being cleaned, unlocking side gates, moving vehicles or outdoor furniture where needed, closing windows and doors, securing pets, and making sure an external water supply is available.

Our team will handle the main setup on the day, including connecting to water, preparing equipment, and completing final site checks before starting the service.

On the day of your appointment, our team will arrive and complete the required setup before commencing works. This may include connecting to your water supply, preparing equipment, completing safety checks, and confirming access to the areas included in the service.

Once everything is ready, we’ll begin the scheduled works using the appropriate cleaning methods for the surfaces being treated. During the service, we’ll work carefully around your property and raise any important observations if we notice things such as drainage issues, fragile surfaces, or pre-existing damage.

Once your service is complete, we’ll carry out a post-service handover to ensure everything meets expectations. Following confirmation, your invoice will be automatically issued and sent via SMS and email. Payment is due immediately, after which late fees may accrue.
